This is connected to a language line which allows translation in over 100 languages.
Both helplines are freephone numbers and will not show up on your phone bill if you ring from a landline. If you ring from a mobile phone it may show up on your bill - you will need to check with your mobile phone network provider to check to see if this is the case.
If you ring and no-one can take your call immediately try again - the lines are sometimes busy but there is always someone there.
